Meet Mark Nelson
After graduating from the University of Hawaii, Mark returned to Marin in 1975 where he developed his woodworking skills doing carpentry, boat work and cabinetry. In 1977 he opened his own cabinetmaking shop. The business evolved into a full service general contracting company, and in 1989 Mark earned his General Contractor’s license. He became a member of Build It Green upon completing their certified green building professional training in 2006, and he has been awarded the coveted Diamond Certified designation.
